ANG BARBEQUE



The most typical type of Filipino barbecue is the pork bbq... and this is how we do it during our trip to Panglao.. WE just mix all the ingredients in a large tupperware and marinate for at least 5 hours.. When we arrived at the beach, we don't have much time to use barbecue sticks to skewer the meat, so instead we just grill the meat until well cooked.. Just like that.. hahaha.. Enjoy eating with or without rice.. Use vinegar and soy sauce as dipping sauce... voila'
